Subscriptions
If you have purchased a subscription or recurring order, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle by emailing koas.officials@gmail.com with your order number and the word "CANCEL." We will process your cancellation and send written confirmation within 24 hours.
Cancellations received after a billing cycle has already processed will take effect at the end of that billing cycle. You will continue to receive any orders already paid for within that cycle.
UK Customers — Statutory Cancellation Rights:
Under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024:
- Initial cooling-off period: You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of receiving your first order for any reason and receive a full refund. To exercise this right, email koas.officials@gmail.com with your order number.
- Renewal cooling-off period: Before each automatic renewal, you have 14 days from the date you become liable for the next payment to cancel. If you cancel during this window, you will not be charged for the renewal cycle. We will send you a reminder notification before each renewal to inform you of this right.
- Cancellation confirmation: We will acknowledge your cancellation request in writing within 24 hours, confirming the date your subscription ends.
These rights are in addition to any other statutory rights you have under applicable UK consumer law and cannot be waived by contract.
Australian Customers: If you wish to cancel your subscription, contact us at koas.officials@gmail.com. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
Installment Orders
If your order was placed using an installment payment option, you are responsible for all remaining installments once the order has been placed and payment has begun, provided your order has been fulfilled and delivered.
Exception: If your order has not been delivered within the timeframe set out in our Shipping Policy, or if your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially not as described, contact us at koas.officials@gmail.com immediately. In such cases, your obligation to pay remaining installments may be affected by your statutory rights under applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Our Right to Modify or Cancel
Koas reserves the right to cancel or modify any subscription or purchase option at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any material changes. If we discontinue a subscription offering, any unused prepaid period will be refunded to your original payment method.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable law, including rights under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (UK), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), or the Australian Consumer Law.
