By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from koas.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our site. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, and anyone who submits content or places an order.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error or inaccuracy, and will issue a full refund in such cases.
Our products are personal care and cosmetic products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Nothing on this website constitutes medical or dermatological advice. If you have a skin condition, sensitivity, or medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major payment methods available through our checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Synapsys Tech LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Orders & Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We process orders within 1–3 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or other circumstances at our sole discretion. In such cases, you will be notified and fully refunded.
6. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Koas is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or customs-related issues. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup and confirmation of delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final subject to the exceptions set out in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at koas.store. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to that policy. Nothing in this section or our Refund Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
8. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Our products contain active ingredients. You are solely responsible for conducting a patch test at least 24 hours before full use, as described in the product instructions included with your order. Koas does not accept liability for skin reactions, irritation, or sensitivities arising from failure to patch test or failure to follow usage instructions. By proceeding with full use of any Koas product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the associated risks.
9. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure all content on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time without liability.

15. Force Majeure
Synapsys Tech LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier or logistics disruptions, supplier failures, natural disasters, government actions, platform or payment processor outages, or any other event of force majeure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume performance as soon as practicable.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synapsys Tech LLC, its members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
17. Dispute Resolution
We want to resolve concerns quickly and fairly. Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at koas.officials@gmail.com and provide a written description of the dispute, your name, and your order number. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days. If we cannot reach a resolution, either party may proceed with the steps below.
For U.S. customers: Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your purchase that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and Synapsys Tech LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Claims under $10,000 may be brought in small claims court at either party's election.
For UK and Australian customers: Nothing in this section affects your rights to bring claims before applicable national courts or regulators. Your statutory rights remain fully intact.
18. Privacy
Your use of this website is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. UK customers should note that our data practices are subject to the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 to the extent applicable.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 17 shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Georgia.
Nothing in this clause deprives you of any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), or the Australian Consumer Law.
20. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We recommend checking periodically. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
21. Severability
